This website is not a digital product. To process your order, you must make the purchase after which a representative of Restaurant Spider will contact you, to gather details like business information, website content, domain information and more. Restaurant Spider will begin work as soon as all the requested information is provided. Our websites are built on the WordPress platform using the Divi Builder. These base items cannot be changed at any point in time.
Images and Logo
All the images in the theme are for display only. You must provide your own images or Restaurant Spider can provide up to 5 stock images for the website purchased. You can submit commercial free images like images from http://pexels.com for your website. The website theme does not include custom logo design and custom photo/image editing. You may purchase a text logo of your business name as seen in the demo site.
The website theme is billed at a flat rate unless additional a-la-carte items are requested. Any extra services or functionality requested that does not come with the theme will be billed separately.
Hosting & Maintenance
Our hosting and maintenance package is recommended but not required. We provide premium WordPress hosting for your website to keep it running fast and secure. We also provide an hour of change time, theme and platform updates and more with the package. It is billed monthly or yearly. The first payment will be billed at the time of purchase but will be applied to the first month service when the website is launched. If the service is cancelled we will move the website to your own hosting account through our provider – Flywheel. If payment has not been received after 30 days, the website is pulled offline. If the package is not purchased you are responsible for providing your hosting info to us launch the website when it is completed.
Domain names are not included in your purchase. You must provide us with your domain information at the start of the project.
Any customizations requested after launch will be billed at an hourly rate unless the hosting & maintenance package has been purchased. Updates and maintenance include page text updates, menu updates, photo updates, platform and plugin updates and backups. Updates do not include design work and advanced functionality. Any such updates will be charged at the ongoing hourly rate. If more than one hour of updates is needed the extra time will be billed at the ongoing hourly rate. All updates to the website are handled by Restaurant Spider unless you say otherwise. All website content must be ready to go before project starts.
There are plugins installed in each theme for tutorials, social media, testimonials, galleries and forms, however plugin support is not provided by us, as plugins are developed by 3rd party vendors. There would be an attempt to contact the vendor for support. If support is not provided after 3 days of the complaint, the plugin will be changed in your theme.
Email Opt-in Forms
Your are responsible of providing us with the API key to integrate email opt-in forms associated with your website. If you would like us to set up an account for you, we will use Mailchimp or Mailerlite and will be done at the ongoing fee for the set up.
The project should take approximately 7 days to complete the website based on a smooth process. If additional information is needed from you, you will be contacted up to 3 times by email. After no response, if no work has begun on your project, 50% of your set up fee will be refunded.
